Our Beers

Our flagship beer.  Aggressive hoppy aromas and flavors intertwined with a malty backbone to balance it out.  Dry hopped to bring out a blend of bright citrus and pine hop character.  We use 6 different American hops in our IPA

ABV – 6.5%, IBU’s – 75



Robust malt forward beer with notes of chocolate and coffee.  Medium bodied. Malty goodness without being overly strong in ABV.  Finishes with a hint of chocolate malt sweetness.

ABV – 6.9%, IBU’s – 35

Light in color and body, refreshing hoppy citrus notes intertwine with the peach.  The peach rounds the edges of the hop.

ABV – 6.5%, IBU’s – 75


Light in color and body.  A classic American pale ale dry hopped with Citra hops to give it a bright citrusy aroma and flavor.  Low in ABV, high in flavor.

Palo Santo Wood Aged Porter – GABF Silver Medal 2015, GABF Gold 2017 in the wood aged category

Our year round porter aged on palo santo wood.  The palo santo brings out more of the chocolate flavor.  The beer changes flavors and aromas as it warms.  Most notable are chocolate, vanilla, anise, and even hints of mint.

ABV – 6.9%, IBU’s – 35

Cherry Belgian Tripel

Dark golden in color.  We add sour cherries to the fermentation on our tripel.  Aromas of cherry and fruity esters from the yeast.  Finishes with a hint of honey sweetness and lingering cherry.

ABV – 8.5%, IBU’s – 20

Major Nelson Pale Ale

We add Major amounts of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Citra hops to give this beer bright, tropical, and citrusy hop notes.  A touch of malt sweetness keeps it all in balance.  Golden in color and low in ABV to make this a crushable beer for all seasons.  Beer is Art

Seasonal Brews:

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie (O.R.C.) – Available November – February

We add 200 lbs of raisins and 3 lbs of vanilla beans (close to 300 whole beans) go into the making of one of our favorite brews.  Tastes like an oatmeal raisin cookie!

ABV – 7.0%, IBU’s – 16



Pumpkin Ale – Available September – October

We make a smaller version of our barleywine and add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and ginger to it for a decadent seasonal treat.  Aromas of pumpkin spice abound in this medium bodied, malt forward beer.

ABV – 8.1%, IBU’s – 20

LivingtheDream Imperial Stout – Extremely Limited Availabiltity tasting room and a few kegs to distribution – Regular, bourbon barrel, and mayan cocoa versions.  Rich and chocolately – 11.5% ABV

VICES – Coffee Porter is our porter aged on Small World Coffee Crispy Hippie Coffee beans.  The result is a huge coffee aroma with notes of roasty malt and chocolate.

ABV – 6.9%

It’s Not Yours It’s Mayan! Imperial Stout

Starting with our massive 11.5% abv imperial stout, we infuse it with ancho chili peppers, vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and cinnamon.  Waves of cinnamon up front with chocolate and ancho chili following.  Big chocolate malt flavors add to the complexity of this dark, heavy brew.
